These terms apply when you use the FucharMonk Creative Spell Checker ("the tool"), run by FucharMonk (fucharmonk.com). By creating an account or using the tool, you agree to them.
The service
The tool uses AI to read the text in your video and image creatives and point out likely spelling mistakes in English, Hindi and Hinglish. Free accounts get a set number of checks each month, plus limits on file size and video length, which are shown in the tool. We may change these limits, or pause free checks for a while during very high demand.
Please still proofread
AI can miss mistakes and can sometimes flag words that are correct. The tool is a second pair of eyes, not a guarantee. You are responsible for checking your creatives before publishing them. We are not responsible for losses or costs caused by mistakes in published creatives, whether or not the tool flagged them.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One free account per person. Creating extra accounts to get more free checks is not allowed.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.
Acceptable use
- Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content.
- Do not try to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or automate the service, or get around its limits.
Your content
Your creatives remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the spell check, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We try to keep the tool running smoothly, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or make errors. We may change or stop features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, FucharMonk is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the tool. For the free plan, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know by email or on the tool. Continuing to use the tool means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
